it's not true till you say it out loud

I've been getting fatter and less healthy.

I've become less social.

I've been making more money but not using it to be happier.

I've been lax in my musical and recording pursuits.

I haven't been as happy as I should be, especially with work.


There, I've said it. (things don't register sometimes until you say them and let the words reverberate in your skull - at least that's how it is with me) Now:

Been doing crunches. If I hadn't ripped my toe apart the other day I would have gone biking. I'll try to start a daily biking routine again this week; the weather is fucking precious for it lately. I need to get myself street legal again so I can get out and about. Going to local shows definitely has the potential to cure my psyche. I've already noticed. I suspect I'm getting something studio-related from Michelle for xmas so there's a kick in the right direction ;)

Though I have to say, I don't think there's any cool places to bike around here! I really miss my apartment; plenty of cool places to bike around there....like the fucking BEACH.
