well hmm. denis, jenny, and i better get cracking on finding a new apartment. denis and i would love a townhouse; it'd be like a concentration chamber for us to write music. we also have to consider proximity to all of our places of employment. also, we must consider affordability - though i hear townhouses in south-southeast delray are cheap...but that might be too far for denis...dunno. there's only two cars between the three of us i think - unless his father lets him keep his.
