(no subject)

i keep sneezing. i am not smoking. headaches. blar. but i will do this! i really need to get some allergy meds for my sinuses because claritin doesn't seem to be cutting it. also, whatever inhaler i got made it worse...so that is a no-go.

in other news, i came into work super late...like 2pm late...it was fun. it also means i'll be here super late...like 10pm late...but that's ok. why? because it's thursday. and thursday is spooning with friday.

and friday is like willy wonka....and the weekend is like the chocolate factory...and i suck at metaphors.

Now don't get me wrong, I love my big muff but it's only good for one thing: heavy-ass distortion and violin-like sustain. it's nothing to complain about but i'd love something that allowed me to have a few channels of drive to work with, that i could use separately or combine...because i must face the fact that my amp's overdrive was nice...back when it was made...but yah.

now i am not the biggest fan of the strokes but i do dig some of their guitar sounds and i noticed at least one of them uses an older iteration of this jekyll and hyde pedal. i'm going to try to get the older one, on the cheap - or i'll wait for the new one to start shipping and get it.
