hello you all
May. 12th, 2004 06:04 pmI just wanted to let you know that if I seem pissed off for the next few days, I am not pissed off at you, and there is nothing you can do about it anyhow. I am pissed off for two inter-related reasons: I broke my "migraine rules" a LOT, and thus, have been suffering torturous blinding migraine attacks.
In other news, I had an interesting day off yesterday. I got up early in the morning, showered, got the coffee ready, and picked BJ up. To my amazed suprise he was READY! Yes! at 7:30am!
So, off to the DMV we went. The weather was nice. The wind was pleasant. The traffic was suck. We dealt with the beraucratic nonsense and ended up both with brand new licenses! I dropped BJ off and decided to take the rest of the day off because I earned it.
After a decent lunch I went to CD Connection to see Denis. We hung out, I bought some stuff, then his girlfriend Jenny called him to ask for my number. Coincidentally I was right there...I can't think of the word...serendipity? when things all work out for everyone?
Anyhow, she wanted to do some photography-type stuff with me and it just so happened I had committed to not working that day, so it was good timing. Also, Denis was getting off of work soon too, so we could all go adventure. And that we did. It's really nice to work with another photographer. She's tons better than me and I am learning a lot. It's similar to the times when Denis and I jam out musically. I really hope I figured my massively-complicated flash out. Like I said, it's nice to have another photography person around; you can pick each other's brains and hopefully both benefit!
Then once we got back to my place after a nice dinner, things got a little crappy with Tammy and Hali running around being kind of lame, and some of it rubbed off on me...I think we might have scared Denis and Jenny off. Oh well. I will hang with them soon I hope.
