today is an important day for me
Jan. 4th, 2006 10:55 amtoday's the day i register for classes! I haven't gone to school in about five years, so it's a big deal to me at least. The best part is that every single class I'll eventually be taking, I'll _want_ to be taking.
Here's the deal: It's kind of expensive so I am relying on my parents a bit, for the first class. I'm going to take a single class, get a damn good grade, to show my parents I'm serious. If I get a bad grade, I will reimburse them for their part of the class and stay here at this blargy job. If I do good, I'll appy for financial aid and enroll in a full certification course in music business and production and all that it entails. This is cool because it gives me the option to go on-campus when/if I need to. Which means I have quite a large reason to go to Massachusetts.
This is also good because by the time I am done, I'll have a pretty competent home studio, and a job at a studio down here. No more working with people who hate computers and me. That'll be nice.
