Ok, so my work computer needs to be completely reformatted. The hdd is constantly full because of work stuff..so I can't just upgrade to Panther like this. Plus, all my tinkering while learning Jaguar fucked a lot of things up. So, for redundancy, I submit to myself this backup list, in case i lose the other one:

Things to backup:

1.) mail.app stuff
~/Library/Mail

2.) whatever is needed in:
~/Library/Preferences

3.) RECORD ALL REGISTERED APPS SERIALS (in case of shareware or lost manuals)

4.) my SSH key pair (MUY IMPORTANTE)

5.) /Util - any shellscripts I have written (sloppy but necessary!!)

6.) /Work (at least 2 dvd-r's)

7.) /Lists (prepare at least 6 dvd-r's for this part, clean up flatfiles)

8.) fuck fink, let it burn

9.) address book!

10.) phone record spreadsheet (latest should be fine)

11.) redundant with 1.) hopefully, but all logins/pw's for servers

12.) did i mention SSH key pair, you drunkard?

13.) directv fonts probably

14) app support in library

15) DEAUTHORIZE ITUNES

16) KEYCHAIN - ~/Library/Keychains/ryan (DUH)
